2. Access and Use

The Service is intended exclusively for real estate professionals and legal entities that have signed a usage contract with Soft360.

The Soft360 CRM service is exclusively intended for:

  • Real estate professionals (real estate agents, brokers, developers, real estate management companies).
  • Legal entities that have signed a usage contract with Soft360.
  • Authorized users designated by an agency or partner company.

To use the service, users must:

  • Provide real and accurate information when creating an account.
  • Be adults (at least 18 years old) and have full legal capacity.
  • Not use the service on behalf of a third party without explicit authorization.

Soft360 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these criteria or that provide false information.

2.2 User Obligations

By using Soft360 CRM, the user agrees to comply with the following obligations:

  • Use the platform exclusively for legal and commercial purposes related to real estate activities.
  • Comply with applicable real estate laws and data protection regulations.
  • Regularly update account information for data accuracy.

The user is responsible for the security of their account and agrees to:

  • Keep authentication data (email, password, access codes) confidential.
  • Not disclose access credentials to third parties, including colleagues or partners, without authorization.
  • Notify Soft360 immediately upon detecting unauthorized access or a security breach.

Soft360 is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

2.3 Prohibited Actions

The use of Soft360 CRM is strictly prohibited for:

  • Fraud, scams, or other illegal activities.
  • Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages to other users.
  • Attempts to hack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • Creating multiple fake accounts or using someone else's identity.

If the user violates these obligations, Soft360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

3. Accounts and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the Service, users must create an account by providing real and updated information.

3.2 User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login data.
  • You assume responsibility for all activities performed through your account.

4. Services and Limitations

4.1 Features

Soft360 CRM provides tools for managing real estate properties, clients, and transactions. The service may be modified without prior notice.

4.2 Limitations

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to a user in case of abusive use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the source code, content, and platform design belong to Soft360 or its partners.
  • You are not allowed to copy, distribute, or modify the content without our written consent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Types

Soft360 CRM operates on a monthly/annual subscription basis, depending on the selected plan.

6.2 Payment and Billing

  • Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within 15 days.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.

6.3 Refund Policy

Payments made are non-refundable, except for legally applicable cases.

7. Service Termination

7.1 Voluntary Termination

You may request to close your account by sending an email to contact@soft360.ro.

7.2 Termination by Soft360

  • If you violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • If you fail to pay subscription invoices.

Your data will be permanently deleted 30 days after the account closure.

8. Privacy and Security Policy

8.1 Information Collection

  • Registration information: name, email, company.
  • Details about platform usage.
  • Technical information such as IP, browser, operating system.

8.2 Information Protection

Soft360 implements security measures, including encryption and authentication.

8.3 Data Sharing
